  Great visit. Love the food whether it is ordered turkey burger by room service to the breakfast buffet in praline's restaurant!!! Bathroom decor could be updated a bit but the view from our room was beautiful!! Also, the lovely couple who work so diligently in the gift shop are wonderful!!!!

  Overall 3/5: Service 3/5: Nothing note worthy. Amenities 4/5: The good : At night they did have a live band playing which is kind of nice. A free shuttle that runs every hour to downtown Nashville and back and a gift shop. The bad: There is no mini fridge or microwave in your room. If you need to use those you have to go to the hotel's restaurant. Breakfast is not included. Atmosphere 4/5: I really like the decorations and the cleanliness. MISC: There is "no parking" at the front entrance due to giant red paint paint that's for firetrucks only (see my pictures). However when speaking to the representative at the front he said that you could use it to unload and load but that's not with the paint on the ground suggest. I tend to be a rule follower so I carried all of my stuff from the parking lot into the hotel which is annoying.

  We stayed at the Maxwell House during marathon weekend. After hearing a lot of poor reviews online, we were very pleased with our experience. The staff was courteous, the rooms was clean and beds were comfortable! Shuttle in and out of town runs every 30 minutes. Overall, it was a great stay.

  Nice location, nice lobby friendly staff. However, it’s not the of best quality. It is decent but very old. The bathrooms really tells the age of the building. Hotel feeling. Would not recommend unless you get a good deal. Otherwise spend your money else where.

  I love this hotel, and I love the food in their restaurant! The shuttle downtown is a big bonus, and so convenient. Rooms well stocked and clean. If you love a good, hot shower with plenty of water pressure, you've got it here! Check in was easy, and staff are all friendly, professional and very helpful!
