  VILE VILE owners, I came here for the second time (first time no problems) for the washing machine to ruin a new set of white sheets, they came out with black splats all over them.. when showed to the owners, i got called me a 'liar' and 'unbelievable'! These are a Chinese couple that go from pretending to not understand to being downright rude, they are adamant it's all the customers fault and won't even refund the wash! There was also another customer there at the same time who had a shirt ruined, avoid this place like the plague!

  I really hate to give bad reviews but this place deserves one. Their machines won't work, employees are not helpful at all, owners not here, the machine that I got, had no sign on it stating that this machine is broken, so i start using, washer is not able to use mix the soap with the load, I put in 18 quarters and then notice the problem, went to the employee and told her about the problem ,she didn't care, I asked for 18 quarters so I can use another machine. She still doesn't care, kept on saying come back tomorrow early in the morning at 7 am to meet the owner and tell him the problem. I told her I am not gonna come back tomorrow for $4.50 early in the morning ( I am not worried about $4.50 , I just want to wash my clothes). But no response. No care. Never come here. Don't use this laundromat. People have busy lives and tons of issues to take care of. Washing clothes shouldn't be such a hassel. Now I have to to go somewhere else with wet clothes.

  Do NOT go to this laundromat! They ruined all of my pants and refused to admit it was their fault. 6 pairs of pants with stains all over them. I had to argue with the employee to get the owner on the phone, and then convince the owner to give me a refund which did not cover the cost of even 1 pair of pants. The craziest part is I brought those same pants to this place almost 10 times before, without anything happening, and this time they ruined them, trying to tell me that it was the type of pants, which say machine washable. Absolute terrible customer service. Will never go back, and do not recommend.
