  Staff was amazing. Very helpful and easy to work with. The line to check in was long and took 40 min to get through. Then another 15 min standing in line to use the elevator. The room was pretty small compared to other hotels in the area as well. Location was great for fountain square and the stadiums. Unless it's an only option, I won't likely be staying again. Thanks to Domingo though, he was a pleasant and happy bell man just ready to help everyone.

  Clean and comfortable and in great proximity to much of downtown Cincy's attractions. Perfect location if you're doing anything at the exhibition hall next door. I deducted a couple of stars due to the stained popcorn ceiling, (several spots) dirty windows and a leaking refrigerator that left the wooden credenza in resided in stained and warped from the moisture. The bathroom was fine, though the 'water saver' shower head was low (I'm 5'11" and had to bend over to get my hair wet). The bed was very comfortable with clean linens. I'd stay here again, it was as expected for a mid range hotel.

  Over all the hotel was a great experience! We stay right downtown in clean hotel with incredible staff... And that's all we asked for! There's a restaurant and bar on the lobby floor, make sure you get cheaper parking by going to the parking garage next door (I laid $12/night!), and don't get upset if you have to wait a bit for an elevator! I will say, I had some CRAZY strong water pressure but I won't let that mess with my review. I highly recommend!

  The interior of the lobby was beautiful. There were many pieces of art (mostly pictures/paintings) displayed everywhere. The employees at the front desk were great. It was very easy to find my room. The room was bed bug free.

  Hotel is incredibly fine. Location was great. Service at front desk was good. Room was spacious but felt unwelcoming. They installed a microwave and fridge during my one night stay which was unusual. The hotel looks dated. My fridge was clearly used having large marks on the side. Carpet in the lobby needs attention and it was cluttered from a function they had there over the weekend. Heater/ac was good at keeping the room at a consistent temperature, but didn't heat the room after I cranked it to 75+. There was nothing bad about this hotel, per say, but there certainly wasn't anything that made it stand out. A comfortable stay, but it felt that the hotel didn't take care of the details.
