Management services is most excellent and compassionate. David larson and Adam Alver are the best.

Great place to live and love the staff. Convenient location near downtown for work and I have a lot of family and friends who love it here as well. Very modern and Brand new appliances, underground parking and low rates compared to anywhere else in Downtown Minneapolis.

This place is beautiful. Great location. It is income based so you have to make a certain amount to live there. So, it's not technically "low income" bc you have to afford the very high rent. The rent isn't cheap but it's def cheap for its location. The building is highly secured, there's a gym and dogs are allowed. The staff is very nice and helpful.Great Place !

This place advertises a very nice apartment, at an incredible price, in an amazing location. What they don't tell you (until after you provide your contact information) is that this is for low income individuals only. Other than the fact that I don't believe that the program is fair for tax payers (especially since it's such an upscale apartment and the government is subsidizing a huge portion of the monthly rent for each unit), it's misleading that they advertise such nice apartments for great prices, without telling you about their income restrictions. Don't waste your time here.
