  Just called to see if they offer upholstery cleaning, the girl asked "upholstery"??? (like she's never heard the word) before saying "hang on" and handing the phone to someone else. The second person said he didn't know. LOL Real knowledgeable staff.

  I got the works car wash here. $12. Obviously not expecting a $100 detail job. Even tipped the guy $5. After I left, I had to go park next door and spend $20 minutes cleaning my car. The entire front bumper was covered in dirt. Same with the rear and side skirts. The $5 wash I get at the car wash by the M is WAY better. I was just in a pinch. I coulda given a homeless guy $5 and 3 baby wipes and got a better car wash. Unbelievable. The photo is from the first wipe of the driver's side side skirt.

  Marisol and her team do a great job on my car every time I bring it in. She remembers me by name, including my favorite scents for air freshener, and the one and only time I had an issue, which was that my floor mats weren't put back in the car before I got in and drove off (could happen anywhere, anytime) she did a great job helping me sort it out. I've been coming to Mike's for well over a year. Will continue to give them my business. There is a certain level of service that seems to be missing from a lot of the fancier car washes. this one is no-frills, but they do a great job on my vehicle and I always drive away happy (and most of the time, with my floor mats).

  There's better carwashes out there for the same price. Did not honor their packages.
