I got the deluxe mani and pedi and the service was just ok. The technician who did my toes hurt me the whole entire time she was cutting my skin off. I get pedicure every week to two weeks mainly I the heights area and I've never been hurt this way. It was not relaxing. I felt rushed through like they didn't care that I was there. The actual massage part on my feet and arms felt like the lightest Swedish massage which felt like nothing. I probably will not go back. I still tipped well but I probably shouldn't have bc they gave me service that was minimal.

All the cosmologists are very nice, but the one woman who was doing my manicure was on her phone the whole time and wasn't focused.

To be fair, I called last minute on a Wednesday and they fit me in for a massage and pedicure. I have mixed reviews. Basically the massage was terrible and the pedicure was pretty good. I booked a 1 hour deep tissue massage. I have to question whether my masseuse is even certified in massage therapy. I'm not really sure how to describe the massage. I am quite experienced with receiving deep tissue massage, and this woman clearly had no idea what she was doing. First of all, she primarily used her thumbs and palms to apply pressure. Honestly, if she keeps trying to massage like that, she is going to hurt herself. Any massage therapist knows to use their body weight, forearms, and elbows to leverage pressure safely. She did none of this. She used hot stone for some reason (and not well), did nothing for my neck, hips, or buttocks. She mostly tried to use pressure point therapy and effleurage. She spent quite a bit of time massaging my temples. All in all it was an odd experience. Fortunately the pedicure was MUCH better. I got the signature pedi, and the nail tech did a great job. It included leg and foot massage, paraffin treatment, and the usual pedicure services. If I come back it will be to have my nails done. I can't speak for the hair, facial, and waxing services, but do not come for a massage! The lady at the front desk did take $20 off the massage when I told her it wasn't deep tissue. Still payed like $80 for the most bizarre massage ever. At least she tried.

My positive for this place is it was convenient to where I work and is quick. On the other hand, I found the front receptionist slightly incompetent, and one of the nail techs slightly rude. They also used an absurd amount of massage oil for the signature mani and pedi, which they got on my clothes. Despite being convenient for me today, I wouldn't go back, and I would go out of my way to feel better pampered.

I have been getting the Signature Pedicure here for about 1 year. We sat in a comfortable massage chair that has a remote control. You can drink wine while getting pampered. We got a nice scrub down and hot stone massage of our feet and legs. I live in midtown so this is a great location. Parking is relatively easy.
