  Is this a court? No. not really. It is just an extension of NYPD. They do not respond to motions. They do not respond to phone calls. They just do not want to deal with the actual merits of the cases. So, this court is like one of those you can find in fascist countries.

  Never answer the phone, officers are pretty rude.

  I've called this mid town community court for over a week called different times of the day and not once did I get through to someone that can help me on some information I Immediately needed , HIGHLY disappointed ! For a court that is in Manhattan it should have excellent service unfortunately it doesn't !
