  Great looking exterior with convenient big-box stores along with speciality shops. The biggest issue, which is why I deducted three stars, is due to the absolutely terrible parking garage. Almost every time we go we have to dodge cars and struggle to find convenient parking.

  This location or realistically this large neighborhood has come a very long way. It has definitely opened the doors for new business all around. It's a very trendy location and a lot of new things to do. Personally, I'd never even come down to this neighborhood but with all the changes and in giving us another option instead of the beach makes it a great choice.

  Dealing with Midtown is a pleasure. They are knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced, and their integrity is unquestionable. I have used them for many years and have never been disappointed.

  Midtown offers a nice variety of high quality dining, live music, quality grocery, electronics and home goods stores, plus even a few quality quick (in-and-out) dining solutions. I know some complain about the parking but considering it's proximity to uptown (downtown for those non-Charlotteans) as well as the volume of stores, the fact that there is almost always parking as long as you are willing to travel up the parking deck is rather beneficial... especially during the holidays! The outdoor seating of both the fine dining and quick dining restaurants is rather unique, especially with various live music, seasonal decorations and a great view of the Charlotte skyline. Overall, it's a healthy balance of food, grocery and commerce options with a beautiful park attached to it to walk, play and enjoy the beautiful Charlotte downtown area.

  Nice location with easy access to the highway and through town roads, additional shipping and dining across the street at the Metropolitan. This shopping center houses a Target with a Starbucks and has a Wendy's with a drive through just outside the parking structure. Good parking options for compact and midsized vehicles, SUV & truck parking can be a challenge. Traffic can be heavy in the area but usually moves fairly quickly.
