  I purchased a figurine for Christmas that I was unable to find last year. The response from the store was immediate and the shipping time was good. Very pleased with company.

  Trying to order some hinges. Called all 3 of their listed numbers only to have each ring ring ring. No pick up. No voicemail. Site says also to email them which would be possible if they listed an email. Judging from other reviewers this site is either going out of biz or is well on the way. Too bad as there seems to be a lack of hinge specialty sites online. Moving on.....
