  Tried to make online appointment. Didnt work. Showed up for oil change. They were too busy and recommended appointment. Made one there for the next day. Showed up and they couldn't find it and were too busy again. Absolutely disinterested guys working the front desk. Went to Merchants. No problem. Dropped off and done in 2 hours without appointment. Better choice.

  Do not go here! I brought my vehicle In to have a tire replaced on my pick up. The tire I paid 200 dollars for brand new at my dealership was now according to them at Midas, 300 dollars. That's not all they then proceeded to tell me that I will be paying an excise tax on the actual tire which they then said will bring the price of everything to 513.00 dollars just put one tire on! So if you are thinking about trusting the Midas touch , think again ! The guy in there just seems like a weasel and he will con you! Good luck ! Oh, and my dealership is replacing my tire right now for 197 dollars with a free alignment so thank god I didn't fall for their trap. Midas also had my truck for a whole day and a half before I had to actual call them just to find out the cost of all of this, whole day and a half wasted thanks to these con artists.

  Stevie was very helpful and nice. I was in a hurry and the staff got me in fast. They helped me with my tire problem.

  Service has been consistent in resolving issues at fair cost and in reasonable time -multi year customer

  I took my car in a few months ago and pretty much got gypped by the person who works there (whose name escapes me). He told me that the car needed an oil change and said he couldn't fix the brakes without special screws which he charged me extra for. He also said that the car had a leak and that I had to remove everything. My car seemed no different following that visit and my brakes still didn't seem to work that well. I took my car to a different mechanic a couple of days ago and the mechanic had to change the oil again because apparently the person at Midas did not do a proper oil change. He also changed the brakes and did not need any sort of special screws to fix the brakes. I did not realize this initially but the person at Midas pretty much charged me for all these "changes" made and did not complete any of the services. I am very unhappy with your company.
