  Thanks to Matt the District manager I decided to give these guys another chance. The fact that the company reached out to me showed me that they actually wanted to ",make things right" and that they do value customer service. They went above and beyond in working with me to get my car back in shape, and I'm really happy with what they did. The entire staff that was there was great, personable, and friendly. If you are there for a long time be sure to have some coffee and ask for the free wifi password. Thanks again guys! I really appreciate all you did!

  Went to have my brake pads and rotors replaced. First they called and told me it would be over $800 for labor and parts and stated my rotors would cost $180 each as I needed ‘special rotors’ for my car. I told them no thank you and I would be on my way back to pick up my car as that’s too pricey. They call me 5 minutes later and state they can get my rotors cheaper and it would be $620. I asked the reasoning for the difference and they stated they are getting these rotors from upstate New York instead of locally... I said well that’s funny bc the most expensive rotors I saw at advanced auto parts down the street is $90 and most were in the $30s. This shop sadly thought they could get away with upcharging me. I won’t be returning. Go to Hank Mays... they are honest.

  Friendly and helpful staff! Sean and Eddie up front are very nice and professional! Been going there for years now and I always get the best price on things I need fixed! Very happy with the service they provide.

  Just get a second opinion before you give them business. They rip you off. They tell you that you need to replace more than you really need and they are expensive. They told me that my car (with 32k miles on it) needed ALL NEW BRAKES AND NEW TIRES... I went to my dealership and they said that they were nuts and I only needed to replace my front brake pads (costing $300 vs the $1200 quote for all new brakes) and my tires have at least another 15k miles left to them. My husband just dropped his company car off here to get his brakes fixed (since they have to go through his company for approval, he knew they couldn't rip him off). His company called him and said no. That they were ridiculous. So I know it wasn't just me.

  I'm a return customer. I'm also a best price shopper. I don't always get the best price but a fair price . Went in 1 hour and 30 minutes late for my appointment. I was still looking for help and Manger Sean McGovern The man I love to Hate, helped me with a Oil change and Tire Rotation which I appreciate. I work during there normal business hours and was thankful for him staying 15 minutes after closing to service my jeep . Note I had to be pretty conniving. I not going to pay a lot for this muffler ! Them days are gone. (Smile) bring back George Foreman the champ. I should also note Sean helped with the Rotation (Hands On ).
