  One of the worst USPS I have ever dealt with. Disorganized, slow, and unprofessional. One of the supervisors there (Scott) was unbelievably unhelpful, rude, and condescending when USPS had misplaced a passport for 3 weeks (paid for express shipping), and then threatened to send it back to the sender, even though a forwarding address was on file. It seems that USPS is purposefully not scanning express items when they pick them up and then waits to scan them in at a later date to make it look like it was delivered in 2-days (and would therefore not have to refund the money for a delayed, express shipment). Literally use any other post office branch besides this one, and better yet don’t use USPS at all.
