  The Best Company out there in the NY Area for all your waterproofing needs. Saved me from lots of rain in my basement! Dry as could be. No Mold, Mildew, or damp smell like a basement. Thanks Mid-Atlantic!

  WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY! The first time I had an appt with them for the FREE estimate! They NEVER showed up or called! Then they kept calling me saying they are sorry and offered me a $500 coupon! Then I finally gave them another chance...AND AGAIN they NEVER showed or called! How absolutely unprofessional! I needed a sump pump installed and window well covered...from the phone conversation with them..this was an under $1k project so probably not worth their time! WOW! I am shocked at how a company can be in business like this! HORRIBLE!!! They completely ruined my day!

  My husband and I hired these people to do a waterproofing system at out home last year around July and since then we've had a wonderful experience with them. The inspector that came out to see us and was very helpful and friendly and even gave us a list of people in our area that were satisfied with their work to call. And even those people told us how great of a company they are and how they take good care of their clients. My husband and I even had the opportunity to visit the home of a previous client of theirs who gladly showed us what was done in their home and showed us how it work. We were so amazed at their workmanship and their great customer service that we decided to go for it. And let me tell you something this was the best decision we ever made ever since we bought our first home. From the people that came and did the job at our home, to the managers that came by and made sure that everything was done properly and to our licking and even to the nice people that worked in the office doing the follow up calls to us. The over all experience with this company was great, and let me tell you something since then we haven't had a problem what so ever. And let me tell you that before we even decided to go thru with this we gave it lots of thought because we did have a serious water problem in our basement. We did the usual, went online looked at their reviews and realized that there are a lot of people out there that are truly happy with this company. And if they've been in business for so long there must be a reason for it. What I loved the most was that I had the chance to speak to a client of theirs face to face and see what was done at their house and hear it from them that they are good at what they do. So for those who are considering to hire this company to do a job at their home, go for it. They are great and you will realize that this is the best decision you made as of yet just like my husband and i did. Caroline

  I thought we were sunk... literally. We had just finished our basement when 1 bad storm literally changed our lives. We watched as water started leaking under our new sofas and the kids play area in horror. We called several companies and mid-a atlantic happened to be the 2nd one who came. Though their prices were a little higher, their guarantee AND knowledge sold me. Not only did they fix the problem, they were courteous and above all else VERY CLEAN! I was expecting havoc as they had to do a ton of work, but they really impressed me. No dust and even smelled fresh! Needless to say, we couldn't have been happier.
