  We recently bought a piano there, with pretty good experience. We were new to learning piano and did not know how to pick one. We knew some name-brand from our childhood, but after trying some of them at our price range, we think their sound did not impress us. Michelle's was the third piano company we visited. After the owner, Lotof, understood our needs, he introduced us to several different brands and models, amazingly close to what we would like. I tried on some of them. Lotof either corrected some of my playing, or played to demo the sound (he played really well!), without pushing us to purchase. Its more more like sharing the love of piano playing, which I did not experience at the other piano companies. We finally chose a Boston, a brand we had not heard of, but its sound blew us away! The price seems to be pretty reasonable, considering the quality of sound it delivers. In addition, we got an additional discount because our daughter Michelle also carries the same name, so sweet... The piano movers and tuner did great jobs, too. Now our house is filled with beautiful piano sound from time to time. We would like to thank Michelle's and Lotof for making our childhood dream come true.

  My only experience has been that I have gone into there location to set up an appointment to have our grand piano tuned and appraised. One time was in November, I never heard from them to set up any type of appointment. The next time was the very first of January 2018, I have yet to hear from them to set up an appointment, going elsewhere. Both times they could not set it up an appointment then, but took my phone number and said they would be getting in contact with me.

  Michelles has done something for me and my children that we will have for our entire,lifetime and there is no way to express the ammount of thanks and grattitude I have in my heart right now. The owner and wife are in business for the love and honor of music and have the upmost respect for children in need. We will forever remember your ❤ and appreciate you offering to deliver at a wonderful rate. Along with a tune,and fixing keys.❤ Michelle's has honest rates cares about you and is not about commission but more about the love of our community and enrichement of our younger generation. Steven and his crew were very Prompt and extremely careful and caring with our surprise piano. And never made us feel like a customer but more like family they care about and want to help. I have wanted a piano for,my severly non verbal autistic son and Michelle's jumped in and made this affordable! He literally made mountains move to get a free piano to my son,... I know music is another pathway of communication and I have been saving and saving and if it wasnt for Michelle's making this dream a reality we wouldn't have this piano delivered today. Thank you from my family to yours. My son immediately lights up and began to play his 1st notes ever..and humming we are so so blessed to have this happen ..so blessed to have called Michelle's 😢 Thank you Michelle's thank you.

  Michelle's Piano just finished a total restoration of our 1912 Steinway Model M grand piano and they did an incredible job. Their cabinet refinisher, Sam Evans did a beautiful job on the original mahogany cabinet, it glows with colors we haven't seen before. Strings, action and pinboard were replaced, plate refinished, even the original, cracked ivory keys were restored to a beautiful evenness. All parts used were authentic Steinway from New York. The sound is basically the same, only better. Their moving company was extremely professional and careful. We couldn't be more satisfied!

  When it was time to sell my mother's Steinway upright piano, we followed the advice of Mother's local bank trustee and contacted Michelle's Piano Company for help. They had previously tuned our own Steinway grand piano beautifully. We so appreciated how professional Lotof and his staff were throughout the process of picking up the upright, restoring some very minor aspects, and being responsive and transparent throughout the sale. We could not be more pleased.
