  My wife and l took our 2005 Honda Accord to have the the steering column unlocked and to repair the ignition switch. The guys were very kind and informative. Jonathon was thorough in his explanation of the problem. Also, Savannah was patient and answered all of my questions with care and courtesy. Cost was reasonable. This was not our first visit to Michael's. We highly recommend Michael's Keys.

  Very helpful in providing options and expertise to a problem I had with an out of production lock set. Great customer service and quick response. Will always be my first option when I need a locksmith.

  Very busy, so you know they are good and well staffed as well. They got us what we needed for a locking file cabinet.

  Just had my 1000lb+ safe moved into my home. Chris and his partner did a great job. Very professional and fast. They made sure I was happy before leaving. Only minor issue I had was the first time I called, an older lady was a bit rude. 2nd time I called, a younger women answer and was a lot nicer. Overall, would highly recommend and use again!
