  I love Micheals, I go there when the grandkids are here for a visit and i always find affordable arts n crafts to do with them.

  A bit pricey compared to other hobby shops but overall they are good.

  I came to buy a paper cutter and the lines were moving extremely slow even with two cashier's. But that is not the reason for the one star! The reason for the one-star is I needed to use their restroom and Not only was there toilet paper on the floor coming out of the restroom. When I walked in there was toilet paper on the floor big rolls of toilet paper the sinks were dirty there was no soap for the sinks the soap dispenser was broken and on the floor. In the Stalls both stalls toilets were extremely dirty with urine. In the handicap stall there was urine on the seats and it looked like feces on the wall. You can tell that both toilets have not been cleaned in a while, Both toilet paper dispensers were broken. I was extremely disgusted and this has been the worst bathroom I have ever set foot in besides a third world country. I turned around and left the building. If this bathroom has anything to say as to how this store is run I will probably never step foot in this location again. Can't imagine how employees are okay with having bathrooms like this. Even management! I chose not to even take pictures or post because it was that disgusting.
