  The store seemed picked over. I was looking for alcohol inks and they didn't have any. Their prices are also way too high. I saw workers, but none pre-preemptively stopped to say hello or can I help you. Customer service could improve. Prices can improve Inventory needs to improve.

  I always love how knowledgeable and welcoming the staff are. If you ever need help or creative input, these are the people to talk to. The layout of the store flows nicely, and always look for online coupons to help save a little extra.

  Very dim and it seems like the employees don't really want to be there. Despite that fact, they are all very helpful and have good customer service. The shelves are usually stocked.
