  Walked all around San Diego to get a haircut. Vince's was supposed to open at 9am. It wasn't. I called. The dude said he would be there around noon. Walked to 18/8. It was supposed to open at 10am. Tried to make an online appointment. Couldn't make their site work. Waited 30 minutes only to find out their POS system wasn't working. Not sure why that is needed to get a haircut. Walked to Michaele Taylor. Got there at 10:20am. It was supposed to open at 10am. It wasn't. Not sure what's up with the barbers in San Diego...

  The haircut: 4/5 The conversation: 1/5 Probably the most racist professional I've met in San Diego. It's good to have a conversation while getting a haircut, but please don't talk about politics & races while doing it. Definitely go here if you are white and want a good but pricy haircut. Definitely do not go here if your skin color is any other color than white and you're a Christian.

  Michaele is hilarious! And gives great hair cuts. This is a great barber shop that has been open for 20 years in this location with one owner that performs every haircut - don't find that everywhere. She pays attention to detail and wants to leave looking and feeling good. 5 stars!
