  I recently went to have a ring repaired that was purchased at Michael Mathews, when the ring was purchased they boasted about a LIFE-TIME free repair service; however the Manager refused to honor it, even with a receipt. He instead tried to convince me to pay to have it repaired after having paid $1,800 on a ring. I love jewelry but I will never shop here again.

  Horrible experience dishonest employees mismarked jewelry I would strongly recommend avoiding these crooks and scam artists you will never get your money's worth
