Staff were available to help but were not pushy and gave you space to browse without pressure.

So much to choose from and the prices are amazing. They even at coupons on top of the discount. I got a purse for my mom and I and we left very happy

Spent so much money here. You can get the latest collection here for at least 30% off. There's always a big crowd so it can be a bit busy but the store is nicely laid out and spacious.

I understand this is an outlet store in a tourist filled area so bad customer service is almost a given, but the customer service here was just terrible besides for one very attentive female employee. While paying for the supposedly new pair of sunglasses they got from the back, we saw the cashier grab it by the lense as she put it into the case. After paying and checking the sunglasses ourselves, we noticed it was dirty, dusty, and possibly scratched so we asked if it was a new pair only to find out they had just grabbed the ones that had been on display (touched and tried on by tons of people all day for several days, I assume) and wordlessly tried to pass it off as a new pair just because they didn't have anymore. If only they had warned us previously that the demo sunglasses were the last pair, which I believe is basic courtesy, it would have been, as the blonde male manager very condescendingly repeated to us several times, "not a big deal." Instead, the manager rudely kept telling us to just return it if we don't want it. He was extremely passive aggressive from that point on throughout the return process, as if we hadn't just asked a simple question about something we rightfully should have been upset about. I'd go as far as to say he was so condescending because he assumed I couldn't speak English. Happy new year to you too.
