  I'm one of the regular customers at micheal khors, but Had the WORST experience with one of the micheal khors employee. As we entered the store no one smiled or even WELCOMED US IN. We went in because there was something wrong with one of our bags however one of the employees said she can't do anything with it, and made some explainations up because they did not make any sense back to back. SHE WAS SO RUDE TOWARDS US so we asked for the manager, but she said she was the manager at that time. I MEAN WHAT KIND OF MANAGER GIVES THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS? Since her service was bad, we asked for her business card but she said she didn't have one. So then we asked for her name and then she said she didn't want to give her name to us. We kept asking but then she said " if you don't get out of our store i'm going to call security." Like bull crap. No one was in the shop at that time but if anyone saw what happened i bet they would've butted it and said something to that "manager". I NEVER want to see that employee EVER AGAIN WHEN I SHOP THERE.

  Every time I go into this store I'm promptly ignored. On the rare occasion I even get a greeting it's not even followed by a smile. If you're in this particular mall and would like designer bags, it'd be much better to go to Dillard's or the Coach store where the quality of bags are much better and the sales associates are undoubtedly more friendly and helpful.
