  Dear Mr. Grant, Today, I picked up my Mother, Mrs. Rosa Mendez's urn. I am very happy with the final resting place for my beloved Mom. Her passing was very sudden and unexpected. You were very kind to me in this very sad time in my life. You were very compassionate and understanding to me. Mr. Grant, you took time from your very busy schedule to make sure I was satisfied in every way. The urn is truly beautiful. It resembles a beautiful piece of art.
