  Placed a serviced call for company that has serviced us before , To then get 3 phone calls back to back . One assuring us that the tech was on his way. Second call to make sure payment was available upon arrival , which it was. Then THIRD and final call which led to a full argument with what sounded like the manager. Because they said " Are you going to have parking for my guy ? " Which I told him that they would have to a park on street just like everyone else. Then they said " We cant have my guy driving around for parking " . I told him there was plenty of parking outside since we are in south pointe area of southbeach. He said " If my guy gets there and there is no parking then you will have to pay for his parking" Like REALLY?!!!! To which i said sure the local parking station is $20 , I wouldn't mind paying and since your quote on replacing a water 4 gallon leaking tank is already not good enough for you i'll go ahead and pay for ( YOUR GUYS PARKING ). Now i was being quoted for 4.5 gallon small water tank besides my water heater. ($85) Then Labor ($165) Then Parking IF HIS GUY didn't find parking $20 . Place should just close down if that's their business motto. I mean you serviced us before obviously your prices have gone ridiculously higher. But also now pay their parking ? Shouldn't that had been said from the initial start of phone call? Oh I forgot then he felt offended that i brought this all to his attention , so then refused to do service. What waste time , wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy for any work.

  Through all the headaches with the manufacturer Rheem, we finally got it resolved thanks to the efforts of Miami Water Heater Company. George and Rafael are all professionals who went the extra mile for us. They had the water heater replaced and re installed in less than an hour....Thank you gentlemen.

  I called them to come and fix a new water heater I bought few days before from Home Depot. They came and said it was the fault of the installer and they have to charge me for $130 Dollars. I refused to pay as this was the installers fault, but when the technician was putting the parts back, he didn't assemble them properly. When I called them to fix the issue they were disrespectful.
