  I would NOT go to this agency because they continually OVERLOOK the ETHNICITY that is ASKED FOR and send hispanic/latino people instead. Many people in the industry I have worked for have stated that there are many times the casting call calls for white, asian, black etc....and when we have shown up to the audition it is flooded with hispanics all claiming to have been sent by this agency. I find it highly DOUBTFUL this young lady running the place "had a hard time" finding the ethnicities that were SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR (yes that is one ofbthe excuses she ised with me). It is more than a little RACIST. I remember Dark and Lovely used her for casting their commercial the majority of people she responded to were hispanics who were just as white as I am on the facebook post. She flat out ignired some very beautiful black women (you know the ONES THE CASTING CALL WAS ASKING FOR) And they weren't referring black friends; the casting SPECIFICALLY asked for...they were applying to the casting themselves. As much as I hear spanish people, especially the women in South Florida speak so rudely and ignorant when it comes to black people I find it funny they want to pretend to be black when money is involved. Very tacky!!! As her instagram and facebook have shown. I have seen things that I recommend to my black friends that CLEARLY STATE AFRICAN AMERICAN MALE OR FEMALE...AND SHE IGNORES MY FRIENDS WHO ARE WELL TRAINED AND ALSO LOOKING TO MAKE THEIR DREAMS COME TRUE AND SHE HAS SENT SPANISH PEOPLE IN THEIR PLACE. I know this part because once the commercial comes out that is all you see is Spanish and my friends have told me, yep that is who was there with me and she didn't even have any of the skills they said were mandatoey to have. It is like she is trying to make all other ethnicities EXCEPT HISPANIC look bad and appear to be the "only ones who want to work" to everyone in the industry in South Florida. This is a bountiful and fruitful industry. You need to share things equally. And if you use the EXCUSE LIKE YOU DID ON YOUR INSTAGRAM TODAY "WELL SPANISH AND BLACK ARE THE SAME THING" YOU NEED TO APPLY THAT SAME RULE WHEN THEY ASK FOR HISPANICS ONLY. And send us white people, my black friends, and my asian friends IN PLACE OF THEM...since when it comes to roles that fit our ETHNICITY you claim spanish people are the same....you need to do it vice versa. If this happens to myself or any of my friends again we have all stated we will be contacting attorneys and our SAG representatives. Because this is BEYOND disgusting!!! Ppint blank period. YOU CAN'T SAY YOU ARE ABOUT EQUALITY AND SKIP OVER OTHER RACES AT YOUR CONVENIENCE!!! Do youraelves a favor a go with Lori Wyman or frontrunner casting if you do not already have an agent...because this vomoany WILL NEVER SEND YOU OR RECOMMEND YOU UNLESS YOU ARE HISPANIC/LATINO
