  ***** PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW ITS VERY IMPORTANT**** THIS POLICE DEPARTMENT IS FULL OF VIOLENT DANGEROUS OFFICERS! On Friday night, April 20,2018 .. Me & my Husbamd where at Miami Beach on Collins Avenue on the first enterance to the beach. We were sitting on the sand talking about our night out relaxing no sexual actions, or illegal substances used like a regular couple would do, when office DOMINGUEZ, Approched us & stated that the BEACH was closed. My husband then replied , I’m not in the beach I’m sitting on the sand. officer Dominguez then asked Are you trying to be funny ? He asked 3x times. Mind you we were just trying to get up to leave . When officer DOMINGUEZ got out of his 4 wheeled motercyle & told my husband “now you are going to jail” which made no sense because we were doing what he asked. Leaving the beach... he then grabbed my husband by the neck. AT NO POINT was my husband retraining himself, he then started punching my husband on the side of his face. Throwing him to the ground where he continued to chock him , punch him and at one point kicked his rib cage. My husbands face automatically swollen up.when they where transporting him to the Miami Beach police station , on the back of a little box of a van where he was restrained in hand cuffs. When they arrived to the police station after 30 minutes of them being there he asked “Please when are we leaving , I need to use the bathroom” he said that we were leaving soon. And after another 30 minutes after asking he asked again when are we leaving I really need to used the bathroom. The officer replied telling him to pee on himself in the van. At one point they even left him there by himself for about 10 minutes and turned the van off leaving him there with no air or oxygen. Other officers also, began to bully my husband in making fun of him by sending the attacking officers memes of people getting punched . As well as calling him out of his name at the time of the arrest “ he stated the reason for the arrest was because he was protecting us from getting robbed? But yet he beat him up beyond bruises and swollen eye?? The officer put a whole different story on papers on why he choosed to physically attack my husband but we have evidence and , legal actions will be taken... Cops are taking advantage of there power. Please everyone who is against to police brutality please comment I am setting up a protest against Miami polices!!!!!

  Special thanks to the number of officers that responded tonight when a guy was trying to sexually assault my son in the bathroom. I don't have all your names but I got a card from officer Lopez. Thank you for the support and the response times, when you got there you ran to help me as I held him. Jay and quinten from kansas city. #keepourchildrensafe

  A corrupt place.A place that encourages crimes by doing nothing, by refusing to investigate cases, by covering crimes. I am talking from my own experience and people witch had to deal with them.I am leaving Miami Beach, this place became very dangerous, dangerous to walk, dangerous to work. Unsafe for tourists( the source of income).That why every year are less and less tourists.If you call them will take hour or two (one block).I have been assaulted , rubbed.., (lots of evidence:video tape, witnesses, full name ).For the rubbery they said it straight up,, We will not investigate,, for assault- they covered ,, unknown ‘’ when they actually retained him for few minutes.I lost my trust in Police because of this department and they made me realize how unsafe and unprotected I am as a resident of this city.

  Miami Beach Police Department receives fives stars for excellent service and satisfaction. On 1/25/18 at 6:53am Miami Beach Police Department Undercover Detectives assisted FBI in raiding Marc Stolowitz's apt located at 900 6th Street Apt 25 in Miami Beach FL 33139. Both undercover police & FBI agents confiscated a large box or Marc's personal belongings and two of his desk top computers. Thank you Alejandra & Shane Miami Massage Therapy

  Absolutely awful experience. An officer pulled me over after driving through a GREEN LIGHT on 17th and Alton road. There was major traffic so I was stuck in the intersection for about 15 seconds and he ticketed me for that. Now, police are supposed to protect and serve. I would love to know how this officer penalizing me for this accomplished either of those things. BE AWARE.
