  Que Horror !!!! trabajar con esta ciudad es lo peor de lo pero cuando llegas ahi las personas que atiende el front desk no tiene el mayor respeto se ponen hablar con la de la par y tu parado enfrente de ellas esperando que terminen su conversacion para hablar llegas al segundo piso y es aun peor nadie save nada preguntas que nesecitas para ciertas inspecciones y cuando llega al inspector al job site te salen con otra cosa Jamas van a tener mejor sistema si siguen asi tienen que contratar jente nueva que realmente quiera trabajar no solo ocupar una silla y cobrar un chaque

  La peor Ciudad con quien trabajar! especialmente con Maria Ramirez, jamas contesta el telefono y he estado en su oficina en donde he visto como deja que timbra y no atiende el telefono. Pedir una inspeccion es una tortura, LO PEOR

  The building department is requesting signed and notarized contracts for every permit, who has the time for that! Some of our customers are out of the country and the city just keeps asking for more and more info prolonging the permit process. They always misplace updated insurance and license information, you can pull a permit Monday and by Friday they need all insurance updated as they misplaced it. The lines are horrendous, better luck at a section 8 office. The fees are ridiculous, I was asked for $18,000 on an expired permit and had to complaint to a point that it turned out to be $2000. If you can stay away from the City of Miami Beach do so. They want to reinvent the wheel on building permit processing not having a clue. They should just follow in the footsteps of unincorporated Dade Building department which has worked exceptionally well for the size of area they cover. Miami Beach unlawfully charged me $1600 to reopen another expired permit that was already finalized and the computer system didn’t update correctly, I paid for their mistake. I’m not a Happy Camper when it comes to dealing with Miami Beach, I try to stay away from them as much as possible.

  It's sow slow vengan con 4 o 5 horas de tiempo, el personal es muy amistoso
