  Glade to find out this Kenworth is only a few miles from home.The people here are really helpful. The service rep Jason went above expectation helping get work done for my new truck I purchased.I didnt have to wait 2-3days before I got work done, which is great, I came that night to pick up truck and night crew was super helpfull.The mechanics the office staff and parts department are all very willing& helpful.

  Thank you MHC Kenworth. You got us in, had the parts, fixed our truck and got us going in a reasonable amount of time. The employees were great. All in all a good experience.

  Excellent service here. Brandon always has a solution to help my boss and I out especially when it comes to short notice or hard to get parts if they dont have on hand stock, which is very rare.

  Parts guys are helpful. Got charged for a core that was taken there I've called multiple times first time got put on hold and waited for someone to answer when the hold music stopped someone picked up the phone and hung up and it's happened 3 times so far as I continue to call about this matter. This is unacceptable to hangup on paying customers who are simply trying to hold for the next available guy in parts.
