  I had my 2014 T680 in the service department twice within a two-week period, The first time they had it for five days, they never addressed the main problem, A friend of mine recommended MHC Kenworth out of Wichita falls, they found the problem within a few short hours, it was the DPF doser. Revised: I just brought my truck back in for a different issue, Kris wright took good care of me had me in and out in 24 hours.

  Poor customer service, I won’t recommend anybody to go there . Do business with them at your own risk . Waiting 8 hrs without any updates information from them . All those hours waiting I decided to take my truck to different location . They are not trustworthy. 😖😖😖.

  No good service!!! They will charge you tripple the price of a TA truck stop for an oil change... Worst service in the nation by far.. Staff were rude & maintenance was careless. This place should be shutdown for theiving money... Warning if you get an oil change be prepared to pay $500.00 for a $200.00 oil change

  I worked for this company for 3 years in the used truck dept. They now have a manager named Brad that is absolutely the best. If you're in the market for a truck and want to be told the truth and treated fair please go see the guys in used trucks. They're all stand up people.

  Actually these people are not that bad the pretty knowledgeable and if you don't know the name of the park the kind try to help you as much as they can but the one in Dallas my goodness been nothing but a bunch of idiots
