  Go there only if you feel like you have to, like I do. I go there because of the convenience (walking distance from my place). Nothing is maintained - machines stay unrepaired for months! The men’s locker room / bathroom area is beyond gross and management makes no attempt to clean/ repair renovate. It’s clearly a cash cow for them that’s doesn’t need to be tended to. It’s customer base culture however is composed of people who tend to keep to themselves with very few off putting and show offs people, if any; That would be the one positive of the place.

  One of The men’s bathroom is clogged since early December every time I come in I checked on it and it’s now February and they have not done anything about it the place is starting to stink and I’m planning to cancel my membership

  It's a great gym. If you're looking for fancy fancy, nope move on by. Great staff, dated but variety of equipment. The best part about this gym is how local it is. People, friends that grew up in the area day their hellos while working out. Tons of classes, and you want to get the burn on? Join Mike for his punches boxing classes. Amazing.

  ·very friendly & inexpensive ·good # of machines ·doesn't get tooooo over·crowded ·offers a variety of FREE classes ·····> [included w/membership] & the ONLY ⬇⬇'DOWNFALLS' i feel this gym could improve on is: ·offer TANNING (booths/beds)! ! ! ·LONGER HOURS [ 24hRS? ?]

  Awesome gym. Great staff. Its better to go during the morning and weekends if you don't like crowds as it gets busy. However most people are nice
