  So I only needed 2pair of pants hemmed. I take it on Friday they say it'll be ready Tuesday. I come back Tuesday she tells me it's not ready it may be ready Wednesday. And gave me this whole excuse about the tailor not being there on certain days and them not finishing their work. Like what? So I go home right quick to drop off some things. I come back with the ticket to get my pants back so I can take them elsewhere since they are supposedly not ready that Tuesday. So she's looking all over for my 2 pair of work pants. All through baskets of clothes just thrown there. She cannot find my stuff. These are express pants...so very expensive..all of a sudden she presses the button to have the thing come down and the pants are ready!!! Doesn't even apologize. Just says $24 which is way over priced to hem 2pair of pants. Lady at the front seemed to have attitude yet she was the one who didn't even throughly look. She hates her job so much she should stay home. I get home and 1 of the pants are still too long. They don't know what they are doing. Save your TIME and MONEY. If you don't want your clothes ruined stay away from this hole in the wall!!

  Terrible. I asked for a patch and buttons to be replaced and I was promised next day. I told them I could wait a couple of days, MAX. They insisted it would be done the following day. I get there today (2 days later) and of COURSE, it’s not finished. The patch “was really hard”. That should tell you a lot. The patch they put on the jacket sewed the inside pocket shut! How in the world do you do that! The buttons weren’t done and she claimed the jacket was steamed....it wasn’t! TERRIBLE, super unprofessional and they do not care about any priorities you may have.

  Zero stars. They can't follow directions when it comes to cleaning or repair of your garments. The previous owners were much better.

  I want to give this place zero stars but I can't. I came in with a dress on a Saturday and asked if it could be let out at the waist by an inch. Was told it would be difficult but possible and the catch would be that I might see some seams. Told them this was fine and they said come back on the following Saturday. Went back and the dress wasn't there, they said it's done just come back on Monday. Okay, I go back on Monday the dress is still not there. They say come back on Wednesday. I wait a few days and go see them on Saturday. They give me the dress which was not hung up properly and said it was taken care of. I look at the dress and found no seams, turns out there were no seams because the dress wasn't let out. Nothing was done to it. They had my dress for 2 weeks and didn't do anything but wrinkle it. Never again.

  Gave me someone else's shirts, then couldn't find mine when I bought the others back.. Doesn't accept CC, only cash and it's priced higher then competition.
