  I loved it here. Free parking on weekends and I was in fast need of care with a fever of 103.8. They had me in and out feeling better than ever and being a single mom I had no choice to take my baby with me and they made us feel right at home. Thank you so much!!! ❤

  I broke my wrist on Sunday, and I must say, the ER staff were phenomenal. Dr. David Fernandez was that perfect combination of knowledgeable and cheerfully reassuring. The nurses helped me greatly while I was in a lot of pain. Plus I appreciated the follow-up later to help me get scheduled with the orthopedic surgeon. May you never need an ER, but these guys were great!

  My daughter in law was seen in their Labor and Delivery Emergency Dept. She was placed on monitoring devices and alarms went off thus prompting her to press the nurse call button. Unfortunately, 30 minutes went by with no response whatsoever. I had to call from home and only then did a nurse respond. In addition, nurse attending my daughter in law make a negative gesture towards the fact that she is only 18 years old. Also, in a negative tone, criticized her diet for the day and proceeded to state that they "apparently" pushed the call light, basically calling my daughter in law and son liars. Their explanation was that they had an emergency C-section and ALL staff was attending to that emergency. L&D Director called and was spoken to, however, she was definitely biased in all her answers. Needless to say, we are changing physicians just so we do not have to deliver in this hospital. We will never be back for any medical services.

  I delivered my daughter at this hospital. They were beyond amazing. Every nurse was nurturing and educated me on many things. I’m definitely going back to them with my next pregnancy. Thank you!

  It's been 7 months since my last visit here and they were good again! My visit was no more than 2 1/2 hours. The staff was kind, quick, patient, and understanding. I got everything I needed in a timely manner for an emergency room that treats some of everything. To be honest, they're better than Baptist Medical Center on Dallas Street. But that's just my opinion! I have asthma and it's hard doing the things you enjoy. It's even harder not having insurance and having to wait. But as long as you go during the day and have a phone with a couple of good games on it, you're good. Just be prepared to wait! 👌
