  Awful experience I would give zero stars if I could. I brought pants and a pair of shoes to have the heel tips replaced (I provided the heel tips) and could have done it myself . I picked up the pants on a Friday and he charged me $28 and told me the shoes weren’t ready and I could pick them up the following day . I went in the following day and he told me I owed him another $25 ! Such a scam artist , he then told me I could pay $20 . I spend $48 on one pair of pants and heel tips ! The place I previously went to charged $12 . Avoid this place st all costs .

  Terrible experience, would give zero stars if I could. Overpriced, doesn't remove stains, rude owner.. perhaps I should have read the previous reviews of this place.

  If I could give 0 stars I would.. Under no circumstance will I be returning here, and neither should you! (EDIT: The owners of this location also own Grand Cleaner at 1200 Grand Street in front of Dunkin Donuts.. Beware!) I've been a customer for 2 years, and never experienced any major issues with the services. A shirt or two with a button cracked here and there did come up, but I never mentioned anything to the rude and nasty owner. However, I recently went to go pick up an expensive dress and when I tried them on at home.. the back was split open! I promptly returned (2 days later) and when I asked the owner stitch it as best he could, since he ripped it.. he began cursing at me and refused. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.. and I couldn't believe it. Took my dress to the store on 11th & Willow and had it sewn up and ready to wear in 2 days.

  The owner is the rudest person. I brought two silk dresses, both with stains, and I showed him the stains (just in case he could have missed them); when I went to pick them up they were pressed, but the stains were still there and as I pointed it out he immediately turned from being the nice person he seemed to be so far to being very verbally aggressive and disrespectful. He told me, in a really bad way, that there was nothing to do about it. I can understand if the stains were hard to come out, but I told him that I didn't want to pay the full price for a service that I didn't get. He became even more aggressive, he said that if I wanted to, he could have put some chemicals on the stains to take them out, but that would have took the color away, too, "is that what you want??" he almost yelled at me. He even told me that it was my fault because I made those stains in the first place! (I'm not kidding, he really said that 😲🤔) At the end I paid the full price ($24) or he said he would have never gave me my dresses back. At home I tried to hand wash it myself, I didn't do it before because one of them was a very expensive Italian dress and I didn't want to ruin it. To my surprise the stains came out completely! It really wasn't that hard as he said

  If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Worst Experience of my LIFE. $84 for a sheet, blanket, and quilt. $119 for for laundry. When I dropped off, he told me $1.50 a pound, mentioned nothing about added fee for quilts, blankets which were in separated bags. Will not be going back.
