As someone who has been a tenant at The Franklin apartments I have only had positive interactions with Metropolitan Associates. They made renting incredibly easy and the staff has always been great!

While I can't speak to Metropolitan as a whole, I can say that the individuals at the Franklin Apartments downtown Milwaukee are the best! They are very helpful and responsive when I need assistance. They have taken the time to know me, my dog and everyone else here on a personal level. Best place I have lived in Milwaukee by far and a lot of that has to do with the people in the leasing office!

I will NEVER rent from them again. They are dishonest and if you have good credit they will find any way to get charges on your way out because they run credit scores on the way out and those who care about their credit they know will pay rather than fight in court. They don't bother taking others to court that don't have decent credit. I had weed smokers and convicted felons living by me. That is a fact. We had nightly visits from WAPD to the area for fighting, theft, domestic abuse, assault...you name it. All of this can be looked up online if it's ever disputed. Never again.

Southgate apts has went down hill since Talisha left. I have been having a problem with the plowing for my parking spot do to a tentant having a mobile home attach to a truck that he never moves. My parking spot be half a** shoveled. Which makes it an inconvenience for me when my car is not even there and I cone home to a spot not cleared. I have complained over and over and over again to the office and they keep saying that is his spot. They even stated that a letter would be sent out letting tenants know when to be off the lot that was a lie. And if cars are not off the lot they would be towed. Obviously his truck still be there and never has been towed. This year we have not received one letter. Also when they give you a 12 hour notice to come into your apt. I have an issue with the maintenance workers not having shirts with southgate on them or name tags that let tenants know who they are or if they are part of Southgate. I should not have to ask who they are, they should state who they are at the front door and what they are coming to my house to fix. I think this would something to keep tenants safe with all the crime out in Milwaukee with people falsifying who they are to break into people houses/apts. There should also be a form they sign stating who was in your home and what they fixed with their signature date and time. Just in case something comes up missing or broken. Cause if the tenant is not their who would be at fault?

As a new tenant of Oklahoma Manor, I am nothing but appreciative of the service I've received. Management team is on top of emails, phone calls, and maintenance repairs. I've had some terrible apartment management in the past, but Oklahoma Manor really takes care of their tenants well. I am especially pleased with Katie, the Property Manager of Oklahoma Consolidated Apartments, she will always get back to me asap with resolved issues. I definitely see my stay at length here.
