  Well I be there one time. I pass threw it all the time so I go inside and asked questions about my phone number but I didn't know what wrong with my phone number so I bought a new phone and paid for it about 60$. The next day I went back and returned to the shop. I really need phone but the reason for return items was first I want to know or learn about something on receipt. It said that I can return not more then 7 day and not more then 1 hour talk. Other reason was that day I really need money. I talk with him a couple minutes but I don't really get how the plan work because my English not good enough. He explained to me many time. He repeat it again and again but I still don't get it. It hard to understand. Later on He said he will give me 30$ back but he return items back to me with out cancel anything. I said "free money?" he say yes so I said only 20 $ is enough. I so happy and I leave. All I want to said thank you so much for make my day and understand me. It just 20$ but it mean a lot to me. I just want to said "thank you! And God Bless"to him also his company.

  I went here to get a phone case after going to another MetroPCS Authorized Dealer a few blocks down near Snelling Ave. The customer service is awesome, the staff were incredibly polite, and they had a nice selection of accessories. The other store on Snelling had a bunch of cheap, hideous, terribly designed non-MetroPCS branded cases. All of the accessories, while not actually made by MetroPCS, were MetroPCS branded and much better quality. Anytime I need to go into a MetroPCS store I will always come to this location.

  Perfect! So hard to find these days - top-notch customer service. Tiara was a pleasure to work with and knew her stuff. Happy with the service and location. Just moved to the area.
