::I took an used iPhone in to be activated and a new battery I had bought to put in it. The gentleman was very polite and went above and beyond. I had also bought a glass protector and case when I bought the battery. When I took the phone in, he changed the battery, activated the phone and put the protector and case on for me. He did not charge me and extra. I also want to add that I live out of the area and my son was given an iPhone. He took the iPhone down to our local Metro PCS store to have it activated and he was told the SIM card would not work from the android to the iPhone so they charged him $25 to purchase a new SIM card. When I went to this Metro PCS store I was expecting to be told the same thing. I was told there was no problem using the SIM card in my android for the iPhone I wanted to activate. Very impressed with my service. In fact when I go back up to Sac I am going back to have another issue with my phone looked at. I highly recommend this Metro PCS store. Thank you for the great service.
