  I just had the most wonderful experience with a employee named Magalli at a metro store in Mesa az. She handled all if my issues and did it with a smile, before I came in I was most likely gonna cancel my service but she changed my outlook and I thank her for that and to whom it may concern, you should do the same, (she saved MetroPCS the loss of another customer.

  I had an over charge of payment and went in to this store to fix it. After an hour on the phone to customer service Aileen tried her best to fix it. And even though Cooperate admitted the mistake was the computer on their part, Aileen still tried to fix it for me. She was very concerned about my situation and had great customer service skills. Im not happy about metro pcs not doing the right thing i still remain a customer because of her.
