::Terrible terrible terrible customer service, the lady was so rude. Just because you hate your job doesn't mean you should be rude to customers. I asked a simple question and she said "it says right there on the sign, did you even read it"? I told her i was going to another location because she was being snippy and she snapped back at me with some harsh words in front of my infant daughter. I then told her I would call her manager later and she said "good luck, I'm the manager b****, and my dad is the owner." Alright, lady. Lol. Stay away from this place!!!!

::Do Not Buy Anything From this store. Shady return policies, when you catch them legally they don't want you to come to their store. Do not trust the representatives or the products here find another dealer or just pay your bill

::The sales girls were miss informing me on my order. Did not like them speaking another language so I did know what they were saying. I've been going to this location for years and was very disappointed the way I was treated. Will never go back to that location again.

::My friend had an obviously defective phone after having it just under a month. The girl working said she couldn't exchange it unless the manager was there but said she might be able to call him to make an exception... Which sounded pretty fair. THEN... proceeds to call him and spoke in Spanish about us and how she didn't want to have to do it. (My friend speaks Portuguese and could understand the gist of her conversation). I was just so blown away by how rude the girl was. I've never had any experience with ANY retail working being that rude and disrespectful right in a customer's face. Needless to say... they know their phones are defective, they are lazy, and their customer service is absolute ****.
