  I was there last week and had the best experience ever. I had been with AT&T for very long time and their bills were just ridiculously high over time. So I decided the to give MetroPCS a try and it was the best decision I've ever made. I searched on Google for a MetroPCS near by and this location stood out with the highest reviews in the area. I came in and was helped step by step to transfer my numbers over. The employees who work there are so professional and nice. the process took less than 20 minutes. I happily walked out with a phone and a unlimited plan for less than $80. Highly recommended this place. They are also called The Phone Guys.

  I had a very bad experience here. I had destroyed my phone in a canoing accident. I came in to get a new phone. But because I was on a very good promotional data plan, it was important that I was able to keep my data plan. The employee at the store insisted that I couldn't keep my data plan and get the discounts associated with each phone (the "discounts" allow you to buy phones at a reasonable price). This sounded like bogus. I kept getting an aggressive eyeball from other employees so I left. I eventually called customer service to confirm what this store had been saying to me. They said this was strange. I went to the store in Northgate and worked with a friendly employee named Leo. From him I was able to get a phone at a reasonable price as well as keep my data plan. TLDR: Had a weird experience, went to the Northgate store instead
