  I went there today (Tuesday, July 5th, 2016) at 2:47 PM to activate my new phone, the door was locked and the lights were off. This location's hours clearly state they are open from 10 AM - 8 PM, yet this is the SECOND time I have visited during normal business hours and no one is there to assist me. I highly encourage consumers to visit another retailer.

  I've never had a problem going into this particular one, but the whole MetroPCS is shady af. The Google business listing is a personal cell phone for a Brandon Cho, who never answers the phone. It always goes to voicemail and then says the mailbox is full. You can never get a hold of anyone, at any store it seems. I came to this store once in full business hours and the door was locked and the lights were all turned off. I need to go there today and wanted to call them first, so they better be there when I get off work.
