  Its not to crowded during 3pm on Saturday when I went. I spoke with the assistant Mgr and she was so helpful and respectful. She knows her stuff. Because of her I'll definitely recommend this place! 👍

  When I had a problem with my Samsung phone still under warranty which I purchased from MetroPCS for $550 they wouldn't honor the warranty and I even had the monthly extended warranty! They said I had to deal with Samsung directly. They weren't nice about it either. The entire staff was Hispanic (I no Español) maybe that's why? The manager kept looking at me sideways, and he kept saying "Are you sure?" He was basically calling me a liar. When I told him to cancel my service because I was going elsewhere he said "No! Just don't make your monthly payment and let the service get cut off! " What kind of customer service is that? He insulted me then just dismissed me! Who needs that kind of attitude after spending all that money and being a loyal customer for years! Minus 5 stars.
