  This place is the worst! I bought a ZTE ZMax Pro from this store 2 months ago. The very first time I used it, it froze up and I have had to reboot it 10-15 times a day ever since. I have attempted to get something done about it on more than one occasion with no luck. The girl who sold me the phone has a "don't give a crap" attitude and is condescending at best. When I bought the phone, she slammed insurance on the phone that I didn't know about until I got the paperwork in the mail. When I told her I did not ask for insurance, she told me it came with it. I'm sorry Cupcake, but if I have to pay extra for it, it doesn't "come with it". She took itoff but offered no apology, no kiss my *ss, or anything. Anyway, it pisses me off every time I go in there because these people just don't care and are not helpful at all nor do they want to be. I was told at another store that they could warranty my phone for free, but they said if they decided to warranty it, they were going to charge me to do it. I told her to give me my phone back and I went to the Metro PCS on Macon Rd at Waring and got excellent service from a polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful staff. The Summer Ave store would not even tell me what time the Macon Rd store closed. They need to fire the entire crew at the 4205 Summer Ave location and get some people in there that know something about customer service before they give the company a bad name. My advice is skip the crappy 4205 Summer Ave store and hit up the Macon Rd/Waring store if you actually want to be helped. I know I will not be going back to this location ever again and will recommend anywhere but there to my friends and family.

  They sold me a so called new phone and it didn't work and they don't want to give me a refund
