  They never answer the phone ... I wonder if all of San Antonio has this bad service???? They give a horrible name to their city ... I need to buy a phone for a loved one who is stranded and never got an answer ... I'm in California trying to help my loved on ... sad truly sad

  These chicks have extorted money from me for the last time....charging me over what my plan is knowing it is only 63$ I'm done and the customer service representative.... As well on the phone don't know how to do there job either.....like really what kind of people are you all....ugh I'm so irrated wit the inconveniences this has caused me....I should of never left cricket....... Sorry you where so loyal....😞
