  My phone had not worked since I had gotten it. I took it back the next day, she seemed to fix it... yet the next day it didn't work again.. so I took it back, it needed a new SIM card as she had put wrong SIM #s in wrong phones. SHE HAS THE NERVE TO TRY AND CHARGE ME MORE FOR THE SIM CARD, THAT DIDN'T WORK FROM THE START. watch them so the don't try and steal your $

  This place is not well organized. I'm highly into customer service. Both ladies didn't act professional, none of my questions were answered right away or properly. One has been sitting down on her phone and was eating chips right in front of me while coaching another associate. Mexican music playing while their kids are in the back room making loud noises. This isn't a daycare this is a work place. This is a sad facility. I have been with metro for over 5 yrs. This is the first and I hope this last that I encounter a place like this.

  Sent to this store because the one we were at ran out of the phone we wanted. Took forever the girl was rude n spoke broken English. Mexican music playing in the background. My wife asked about the rebate n was rudely told that we wouldn't get it. Couldn't really understand her as to why so we just finished up n left. To hell with that store!!!

  I love the service and the personal are pretty good gio was the girl who help me to resolve my issue with the phone pretty friendly love to go the store they always helps me !

  These people are border line circus clowns and said if I wasn't happy with my calls being dropped and not receiving my texts then I should go some where else. Very ineffective customer service. I have had better service from an automated system. there customer service sucks and they don't care about the customer if it interferes with there personal texting time.
