  DO NOT BUY ANY ACCESSORIES FROM THIS LOCATION! Their equipment is faulty! I recently bought a black LG Tone Pro Bluetooth headset from them in June 2017. When I called and asked the sales associate if she could help me with how I can go about replacing them she nonchalantly said "You would have to contact the LG company." What!? Really!? Why should I have to go through the manufacturer when I just bought the headset from you guys 2 MONTHS AGO!!! THIS LOCATION WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!!

  They truly do lie about accessories. I went in to buy a fast-charging Type-C car charger for my S8, and the lady there swore it was fast-charging (I emphasized that to her because I very specifically wanted fast charging). Sure enough, it was not a fast charger, and they do not offer refunds on phone accessories (only exchanges for the same product). Lexie is the employee who sold me the charger.

  I had a really complicated situation with my mobile phone that was such a headache. I went into this location 20 minutes before closing time, Chris helped me resolve my issue so patiently staying on the phone with insurance and the mobile powers that be for an hour after close. You don't find customer service like this anymore. If you're ever in the area in need of ANYTHING mobile/cellular this location is where you need to be, if they can't fix it no one can.
