  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Pushy. The young lady today stereotyped us as customers, and insisted on qualifying us even though we told her that we have MetroPCS and we were pre-approved with SmartPay. Ridiculous! If I could give them no stars I would. I even shared with the young lady that she was rushing us. We spent a total of maybe two minutes in the store and all of this had occurred.

  Katherine was knowledgeable and polite. I was ready to leave metro after calling customer service but she fixed my issue in under 90 seconds.

  The customer service here was one of the worst I've EVER EXPERIENCED!!
