  This place is HUGE, no wonder they call it "The Castle". Rendy and the team have set up a first class place to train for serious gains. Whether you are into Strongman, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, or CrossFit they've got you covered. Tons of specialty bars, calibrated plates, racks, bumper plates, tires to flip....this place has it all. My only issue is no heat in the winter.....I hate lifting heavy in the cold. I drive 20 miles to train here because it's worth it!

  Biggest runaround to cancel a membership ever. Will not cancel in club, they force you to go online to read the cancellation policy which demands 30 days notice either written or verbal notice via phone. BUT, going in and asking them to close your account doesn't count as "verbal notice". Shady business practices like this can help me disregard completely the quality of the training facility because clearly they would rather steal your money than earn it.

  Only gym that's made me sweat. Ive been at many gyms for 12 years and have achieved great but when put to the test it seemed like I never worked out. Somehow something in this gym actually puts me to the test and makes me work harder. I think it's the environment!!!! No pretty boys/girls, all there go hard core.
