  the wait was too long. It took over an hour to be seen by the doctor. Other than that the service is great.

  The front desk staff, the PA and PA intern were very nice. However, the wait time was long. I waited almost 2 hours only to get referred somewhere else.

  Never had such a fast health check up. Done whole pre employment check up in less than 34 minutes from the time I entered the building at 619 Throop Ave brooklyn. Great service from doorman all the way up to PA(physician assistant). Thanks Metro for offering great service in the middle of Brooklyn...

  This was my first time to any urgent care facility, so I wasn’t too sure what to expect. The staff was very personable and worked quickly to get me in the physician’s room. The doctor was awesome as well (though the news given, not so much). She made sure to give me the next steps for best treatment. I recommend!

  Metro urgent medical care is a friendly and welcoming environment, I took my family there for urgent care and it’s a very good team starting from the front desk until you exit. I was very pleased with their service
