  Great treatment for sports injury. Flexible times, experienced/friendly staff, right equipment and exceptional facility located within a NY Sports Club. Take care of all of the paperwork. I went another place before here, Metro Sports is so far ahead of other places. It's like a real training room that I was used to when I played sports in college. Staff are former athletes and really listen to the patient while understanding we want to get back out there to play.

  I'm not sure why the other negative reviews. My IT band was extremely painful it hurt even when I walked and three weeks later pain was way down and flexibility returned. I think they are extremely thoughtful and caring, and though it gets crowded in there they do a terrific job, I had Nick and he worked wonders on me. I feel better and I love going back there - I am super happy with my progress.

  This place is not providing quality services as you would hope for. Popular time slots, such as Mon, Wed, and Fri night, are quadruple booked. I will walk in and wait 30 - 40 minutes to get a licensed therapist to come over. The shop clerk will come over and direct you to do whatever exercise he can think of without showing his credential and certificates. You will be lucky to get twenty minutes of service from a "real" therapist. Try another place if you can. This is not a good place for you to recover comfortably.
