  Sue is a great person but there are thieves that work there as employee's be it as my unit locks was cut off by someone that works for metro mini storage & it was 1 SPECIFIC ITEM,that was very expensive STOLEN FROM MY UNIT B476.

  The worst. I move in September of 2018. All was ok. In April I received a call my unit had flood damage. No one had any idea how this possibly happened. I had some noticeable water, now most of my items were in totes. I decided to move items out to different facilities. At this point I noticed something else was wrong, things had been moved, and boxes that were sealed closed were now unsealed. I am extremely hurt realizing theft had occured. No I didn't carry the insurance I never thought I would need to be cautious of staff or water damage in an inside area. My locks were still intact. I wonder since the unit next to mines was empty, if possible someone came over the wall. Coensidentaly that was the side for water damage. Highly disapointted. C.Reeder.

  I am a frequent visitor here. Sue is always very helpful and kind. Very respectful staff with myself, my wife and our daughter. I have witness them go far out of their way to help others. Their prices are very reasonable. I plan to keep visiting
