I went in as a walk on and everything went fine besides the fact it took 2 hours. A week later Iā€™m still waiting to hear about my results when they said it would take 2-3 days. I called and they said to leave my name, birth date, and what results Iā€™m looking for, and they said theyā€™ll notify me in 48 hours. Here I am 4 days later calling their office back for my results and no one has picked up the phone for 20 minutes now. I donā€™t know if theyā€™ve just packed up and left or what but wouldnā€™t recommend.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I came in with a pretty badly swollen finger that was causing me pain and wasnā€™t getting better. Despite their only being one person in the waiting room there before me I waited over an hour to be taken back. Several people walked in after me and were taken before me too.its possible they had appointments, but either wY, there is nothing ā€œimmediateā€ about the care here. Once the doctor came into the room to exam my finger she basically told me to go see a specialist and didnā€™t feel a X-ray of finger was necessary. She then asked me what I wanted to do about it. I explained I was here to get the opinion of a doctor because I of course didnā€™t know what to do. It just confused me that she didnā€™t think to go over explaining to me what might be going on and what the proper course of action would be. That seems like a pretty standard thing to do. I had to finally say that yes, an X-ray was necessary for me. The entire interaction I just felt like my problem didnā€™t register as important to her, yet it was causing me significant issues. I then got an X-ray and proceeded to wait again in the exam room for another hour alone. Overall the service of care here with this particular doctor was poor, including her bedside manner. I felt really unattended to as a client here; it was clear I was not a priority. The clinic also appears to not be busy at all, so Iā€™m unsure why after over two hours Iā€™m still sitting in a exam room waiting to hear about a simple finger X-ray. I will update once the doctor comes in. Thought Iā€™d use all my spare time to write this review.

Ms. Leticia Greenfield, the receptionist at the Capitol Hill location was very rude and unprofessional. My daughter went there today for a follow-up visit after being seen by one of the MDs a day ago for cold symptoms. Ms Greenfield stated that she should not be seen again today as she has not allowed for the medicine to work in her system. My daughter explained that today is different. She has a 103.8 fever, body malaise, shortness of breath, feeling weak and faint, etc. She was continued to be ignored, so I advised my daughter to leave and go to the nearest ER. She did and is now in the care of a more compassionate and respectful group of staff. Don't go to this location ,if I were you. The last thing a sick person needed is to be treated like a nuisance by staff like Ms. Greenfield.

I recently moved to the District and needed rather quick care. This place was close to my house and allows you to make online appointments. I was really happy with the care I received both times. Dr Cox was really thorough, knowledgeable and kind. minimal wait time, definitely recommend.

Been here several times and I have a PCP here. The doctors are great, no complaints there. But I'm finally writing this review after seeing my fiancee get a tetanus shot from one of the medical assistants. As an ICU nurse I definitely know how it's done right but I don't expect perfection. But this assistant did it in the most painful and sloppy way possible. All without saying a single word or giving instruction. On top of that whenever she did talk she was unnecessarily rude. We were very pleasant after waiting an hour and a half, so all of that was uncalled for.
